Coming Back Stronger- Reading Response Sept.9th
Coming Back Stronger by Drew Brees with Chris Fabry pg.125-195 150min
I have been reading "Coming Back Stronger" and so far it has been a good. Right now I am reading about when Drew Brees signed with the Saints. The chapter touched me when Drew and his wife Brittany moved to New Orleans and everybody there treated them like they have lived here forever. That reminded me of when I had to go live with my aunt in Boston for a month during the summer.
It was scary for to move so far away from home, but it felt like as soon as I got there people were nice to me, and I even made some friends in my aunts neighborhood. It was like I have been there my entire life. It was awesome because it made me think I have been in the same situtaion that the famous quarterback from the Saints has been through.
Its great that you can relate to the book! it makes me feel good when I can relate to a book like that, it feels like the book understands me. It also looks like you like sports books.. go figure!
